Asian Broiled Fish Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 2 tsp chopped ginger root
- 1 Tbsp. dry Sherry
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 x fish filets such as cod or possibly halibut (6 ounce ea)
- Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion, garlic, ginger, Sherry and sugar in small bowl.
- Brush sauce over fish then broil fish, basting every 1 to 2 min, till fish just begins to flake, about 5 to 6 min.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
