Aeroplane flavoured sherbet

• 15 tsp Aeroplane original jelly flavour
• 5 tsp Baking soda
• 10 tsp Icing sugar
• 3 tsp Citric acid

1. Place all ingredients into a small bowl and mix well
2. serve with lollipops, musk sticks or dipping sticks
3. Serving Suggestions
4. to increase the sourness, add extra teaspoon of Citric acid to the mixture
5. to increase the sweetness, add more icing sugar to the mixture
