Quick and Easy Citrus Buttercake

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
  2. Grease a 20cm ring tin.
  3. Place all ingredients into a small mixer bowl.
  4. Mix on low speed until ingredients are blended together.
  5. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  6. Spoon batter into a greased ring tin.
  7. Bake in preheated 190 degree oven for 35 - 40 minutes.
  8. Cool slightly in tin then iturn out onto wire rack.
  9. When cold.
  10. dust with icing sugar and serve buttered if desired.
