Easy Ponzu Chicken Wings

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken.
  2. Squeeze on a little bit of mayonnaise as well.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in a plastic bag and rub the ingredients together.
  4. Once the mayonnaise is mixed in well, add ponzu and mix it again.
  5. Leave it for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Grill chicken wings on a grill.
  7. Sprinkle on some ichimi spice if you'd like.
  8. This is a version using the tip section of chicken wings I like the crunchy edges.
