Easy Ponzu Chicken Wings
- 350 grams Chicken wing mid-section
- 1 less than a teaspoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 pinch each Salt and pepper
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken.
- Squeeze on a little bit of mayonnaise as well.
- Place the seasoned chicken in a plastic bag and rub the ingredients together.
- Once the mayonnaise is mixed in well, add ponzu and mix it again.
- Leave it for 5-10 minutes.
- Grill chicken wings on a grill.
- Sprinkle on some ichimi spice if you'd like.
- This is a version using the tip section of chicken wings I like the crunchy edges.
