London Broil Steak Recipe

• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
• 1 env. Lipton onion soup

1. Using a 13 x 9 inch pan, or possibly larger if needed, line the pan with pcs of aluminum foil folded to make a seal.
2. Foil should be long sufficient to fold loosely over meat forming a cooking bag.
3. Place meat on foil.
4. Combine cream of mushroom soup and onion soup.
5. Pour over meat, covering completely.
6. Close the foil at the top and sides to create a sealed cooking bag.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hrs.
8. Slice with electric knife.
9. Serve with its gravy.
