The Mushroom Burger
- 2 cup Minced beef
- 3 tsp Onion powder
- 1 bunch Fresh mushrooms
- 1 Burger buns
- 1 Ketchup
- 1 Heinz Garlic mayonnaise
- 1 Heinz chilli mayonnaise
- 1 Mustard
- 1 Cream cheese
- First prepare your burger buns rub them with melted butter and cook in a pan until brown and crisp.
- Put aside.
- Add salt ,pepper and onion powder to minced beef and mix well and then form into burger size and place them in a plate and freeze for 10 minutes so they can hold shape.
- Prepare your sauce , add all sauce ingredients together.
- Cook burgers until done well.
- Place cheese slices on burgers when they are almost done and place in buns.
- In the same pan, add abit of olive oil, add mushrooms, and a touch of salt and pepper.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Add your sauce ,lettuce and tomatoes to burger buns.
- And then add mushrooms
- Serve with fries and a side of coleslaw!
- Enjoy.
