Twice Baked Potato Bread (Bread Machine)
- 1 14 cups water
- 14 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons . sugar
- 3 cups bread flour
- 34 cup mashed baked potato
- 34 cup shredded old cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
- 14 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
- 34 teaspoon bread machine yeast or 34 teaspoon instant yeast
- Measure ingredients into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Insert pan into the oven chamber.
- Select Basic Cycle; press start.
- When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
- Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
