Muffuletta Spread Mix
- 12 cup pepperoncini pepper
- 12 cup cherry pepper
- 14 cup black olives
- 14 cup green olives
- 12 cup red pepper, roasted
- 12 cup artichoke heart
- 5 tablespoons capers
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 12 cup olive oil, good quality works best
- dried red chili pepper flakes (optional)
- Chop first 10 ingredients in food processor (or can be done by hand).
- Add olive oil and mix.
