Beer Battered Fish Fillets

  1. Combine flour, salt, pepper, butter or oil, and egg yolks.
  2. Add beer gradually, stirring constantly.
  3. Cover and let sit for 3 to 12 hours, then add egg whites.
  4. Preheat deep fryer.
  5. Coat fish in mixture and deep fry.
