Turkey Or Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe
- 3 to 4 whole chicken breasts in large pcs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 to 10 ounce. cooked and liquid removed thin spaghetti
- 1 lg. can mushrooms
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. Knorr Swiss Hollandaise Sauce
- Parmesan cheese
- Mix noodles, chicken, soups, mushrooms, and lowfat sour cream.
- Spread into 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Mix Hollandaise Sauce according to package directions.
- Spread over noodle mix in pan.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees till bubbling (approximately 30 min).
- Great for leftover turkey!
