No-Bake Cheesecake with Berry Glaze

  1. Mix baking crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In small saucepan over medium heat, cook 1 cup strawberries with 2 Tbsp.
  3. water 3 to 5 min.
  4. or until soft; set aside.
  5. Sprinkle gelatine over boiling water in small bowl; allow to soften and become translucent.
  6. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  7. Mix in cooked strawberries and gelatin.
  8. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  9. Pour over crust.
  10. Top with remaining strawberries and raspberries.
  11. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  12. Prepare jelly powder following the Quick-Set Method on package.
  13. Pour over cheesecake.
  14. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
