Caramelized Fennel Gratin
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 2 large fennel bulbs, trimmed, sliced
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 20 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed (about 2/3 cup)
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add onions; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
- Add fennel; cover.
- Cook 5 min.
- ; stir.
- Cook, uncovered, 20 to 22 min.
- or until vegetables are tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix mayo and mustard in medium bowl; stir in cheese.
- Add to vegetable mixture; stir.
- Spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over vegetable mixture.
- Bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until vegetable mixture is heated through and top is golden brown.
