Sour Cream Christmas Cookies Recipe
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 Large eggs
- Sprinkles or possibly glaze
- Cream together sugar, shortening, lowfat sour cream, Large eggs and vanilla real good.
- Then add in flour, baking soda, baking pwdr, and salt.
- Mix together and place in refrigerator for 1 hour or possibly overnight.
- Then take small amounts and roll thin but not too thin.
- Cut out with cookie cutters and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 10 min.
- Put sprinkles on before cooking or possibly use glaze before cooking.
- Glaze powdered sugar and food coloring.
- Add in a little water till creamy.
