Beef Cheese Wrappings Recipe
- 1 pkt sliced beef 2.5 ounces
- 2 pkt cream cheese softened, 3 ounce.
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese shredded
- 1 x clove garlic crushed
- 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese grated
- 3/4 tsp dill mix
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 24 x won-ton wrappers
- Preheat oven to 350 .
- Chop beef finely.
- Combine all ingredients (except won-ton wrappers) in bowl.
- Blend till smooth.
- Separate wonton wrappers and place one in each c. of the mini muffin pan.
- Press each wrapper into the c..
- Fill c. with cheese mix.
- Wet fingers slightly and healthy pinch top of each wrapper together.
- Bake for 15 min.
- Cold 10 min before serving.
