Summer Veggie Wrap
- 2 ounces lavash bread
- 4 tablespoons hummus
- 2 ounces muenster cheese (sliced)
- 14 cup diced red onion
- 14 cup diced tomato
- 14 cup diced English cucumber
- 10 spinach leaves (fresh-optional)
- Spread lavash with hummas-all the way to the edges.
- Place cheese in center of wrap.
- Lay on spinach if using.
- Sprinkle diced veggies over wrap.
- Fold end up - hummas will help seal end.
- Roll.
- Eat.
- Enjoy!
