Quick-And-Easy Salisbury Steaks
- 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- cooking spray
- 2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons cooking wine
- 1 (12 ounce) jar fat free beef gravy
- Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well.
- Shape mixture into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place on medium heat until hot.
- Add patties; cook 4 minutes on each side or until done.
- Remove patties from skillet and set aside.
- Increase heat to medium-high.
- Add mushrooms, onion, and thyme to skillet; saute for three minutes.
- Add water, saute one minute.
- Stir in gravy; return patties to skillet.
- Cook two minutes or until thoroughly heated.
