Quick-And-Easy Salisbury Steaks

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well.
  2. Shape mixture into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  3. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place on medium heat until hot.
  4. Add patties; cook 4 minutes on each side or until done.
  5. Remove patties from skillet and set aside.
  6. Increase heat to medium-high.
  7. Add mushrooms, onion, and thyme to skillet; saute for three minutes.
  8. Add water, saute one minute.
  9. Stir in gravy; return patties to skillet.
  10. Cook two minutes or until thoroughly heated.
