Angel Cake with Tipsy Raspberries

  1. Mix thawed berries with Grand Marnier.
  2. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  3. Puree about 1/3 of the berries.
  4. Stir in the whole berries and bring to room temperature.
  5. Cut angel cake into desired number of slices.
  6. Spoon berries mixture over angel cake and serve.
