Mondongo (tripe soup, menudo)

  1. Wash your tripe n pig feet
  2. Put to boil in big pot.

  6. 4 leaf cilantro.
  7. 6 garlic.
  8. mash them.
  9. 8-10 small green olives cut 2 potatoes put in.
  10. Put casava, corn on the cob cut in slices.
