Chili Bake
- 15 oz Chili with beans
- 1/2 cup gluten-free baking mix
- 1/3 cup soymilk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Mix baking mix & milk until soft dough forms.
- Press dough in bottom of small ungreased square pan.
- Top with chili, then cheese.
- Sprinkle paprika over top.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
