Mushrooms in Red Wine

  1. In a large pan cook the mushrooms with a handful of salt.
  2. Cook for about 5-10 Stirring often.
  3. Once no more water is coming out of the mushrooms, drain the mushrooms and wipe pan down.
  4. Heat the olive oil and add the garlic cook for a few seconds.
  5. Add the mushrooms and stir.
  6. Cook for a further minute.
  7. Add the wine and cook for a further 5 minutes or so.
  8. Add the chilli powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  9. Add the chopped coriander and cook for a further minute or so.
  10. Check seasoning and serve as a side.
