Hector's Bistec Empanadas

  1. In mortar, crush garlic cloves.
  2. Add adobo.
  3. In large bowl, beat eggs.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix oil and vinegar.
  5. Add garlic adobo paste.
  6. Cover meat with oil, vinegar and paste mix.
  7. Cover mat with eggs.
  8. Bread with crushed crackers.
  9. Fry in medium heat for about 15 minutes.
  10. Fry in high heat until golden.
