Loaded potato skins

  1. Bake potatoes for 60 mins, then cool and cut in half.
  2. Scoop out 3/4 of the filling
  3. Melt butter in a dish.
  4. Brushed potato halves with melted butter and cook 15 mins on 400.
  5. Put cheese, bacon bits, green onions in potatoes and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese melts
  6. Serve with sour cream, or any additional topping desired
