Loaded potato skins
- 6 potatoes
- 1 cheese
- 1 bacon bits
- 1 green onions
- Bake potatoes for 60 mins, then cool and cut in half.
- Scoop out 3/4 of the filling
- Melt butter in a dish.
- Brushed potato halves with melted butter and cook 15 mins on 400.
- Put cheese, bacon bits, green onions in potatoes and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese melts
- Serve with sour cream, or any additional topping desired
