Rosy Peach & Ripe Melon Sangria

  1. Place all the fruit in a large pitcher.
  2. Pour in wine, juice and Cointreau.
  3. Let rest at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours to blend flavours.
  4. Before serving add the sparkling water.
  5. Serve in wine glasses over ice and garnish with mint.
