Roasted pork with banana guava ketchup
- 2 lb pork roast
- 1 cup banana and guava ketchup, see attached recipe
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/3 tsp ground sage
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup water
- Preheat oven 375 Fahrenheit
- Put roast in an oven safe dish.
- Add half a cup of water.Season with sage, parsley salt, and pepper.
- Coat the roast with ketchup.
- Put onions all around and on top of roast.
- Roast in the oven uncovered for 1 hour.
- Add cup of water and cover roast 45 minutes.
- Let rest 5 minutes serve hope you enjoy!
