Roasted pork with banana guava ketchup

  1. Preheat oven 375 Fahrenheit
  2. Put roast in an oven safe dish.
  3. Add half a cup of water.Season with sage, parsley salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the roast with ketchup.
  5. Put onions all around and on top of roast.
  6. Roast in the oven uncovered for 1 hour.
  7. Add cup of water and cover roast 45 minutes.
  8. Let rest 5 minutes serve hope you enjoy!
