Grilled Vegetable-Quinoa Salad

  1. Heat grill on medium heat.
  2. Cook quinoa as directed on package.
  3. Meanwhile, brush vegetables evenly with 3 Tbsp.

  7. Cut vegetables into 1-inch pieces; place in large bowl.
