Grilled Espresso Burgers
- 1 lb Hamburger
- 2 tsp Ground Espresso (or coffee)
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Season salt
- 1/4 tsp Coco powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- Mix seasons with hamburger and make 4 equal size patties .
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
- Grilled burgers until the juices start to collect on the top.
- Flip over and continue to cook till no longer pink in the center.
- 180F.
- Add cheese until it melts just before removing from the grill.
- Quickly toast the buns on the grill and serve with your favorite toppings.
