Grilled Espresso Burgers

  1. Mix seasons with hamburger and make 4 equal size patties .
  2. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
  4. Grilled burgers until the juices start to collect on the top.
  5. Flip over and continue to cook till no longer pink in the center.
  6. 180F.
  7. Add cheese until it melts just before removing from the grill.
  8. Quickly toast the buns on the grill and serve with your favorite toppings.
