Cheesy Cheddar Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 425F Place baking mix in large bowl.
  2. Add cheese and herbs; stir until combined.
  3. Mix sour cream, mustard and milk in a small bowl.
  4. Stir into baking mix until just combined.
  5. Place dough on surface lightly dusted with baking mix or flour; knead 10 times.
  6. Pat into 1/2-inch thick circle.
  7. Cut with 2-inch cutter dusted with flour/baking mix (a round drinking glass works great for this).
  8. Place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  9. Brush each lightly with beaten egg.
  10. Place 1 parsley leaf on top of each biscuit; lightly brush again with egg.
  11. Bake 12 to 15 minute or until lightly browned.
  12. Enjoy!
