Sauteed Carrots with Red Bell Pepper and Dill

  1. Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add carrots and saute until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add bell pepper and water.
  4. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender, 5 minutes.
  5. Add dill.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
