Juicy Pork Roast

  1. Wet down pork roast.
  2. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic.
  3. Roll Roast in 1 package of Shake and Bake; cover completely.
  4. Set roast on a rack in a baking pan or dish.
  5. Roast for 35 minutes at 400 degrees (200 C.) allowing crust to get crisp.
  6. Reduce heat to 350 and bake uncovered until meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees (80 C.).
