Chicken Pizza Primavera
- 1 (13 7/8 ounce) can pizza crusts (Pillsbury)
- 2 tablespoons asiago cheese (shredded)
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons light ranch dressing
- 6 ounces chicken breasts, strips (refrigerated,Italian,chopped)
- 13 cup red bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 13 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- 12 cup Baby Spinach (torn)
- 1 12 cups Italian cheese (shredded)
- 2 teaspoons pizza seasoning
- olive oil flavored cooking spray
- Heat oven to 400 degrees, lightly grease pizza pan or stone with cooking spray.
- Unroll dough on pan.
- Starting at center, press out dough to edge of pan.
- Lightly spray dough with olive oil cooking spray.
- Sprinkle Asiago cheese on garlic salt over dough.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until ightly browned.
- Spread ranch dressing over crust.
- Top with chicken , bell pepper, onion, and spinach.
- Sprinkle italian cheese blend and pizza seasoning over top.
- Bake 9-12 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and pizza is hot.
- Cut into wedges.
