Lemon Coconut Tart Filling Recipe Jacquilynne

• 1 cup Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 Lemon - juice and zest
• 1/4 cup Butter - melted
• 1 cup Coconut

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Beat all ingredients together
3. Fill tart shells to just under the brim.
4. Bake for 12 minutes or until nicely browned.
