BBQ Pulled Pork-Topped Sweet Potatoes
- 4 sweet potatoes (2 lb.)
- 1 pkg. (11.5 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Sweet & Spicy Seasoned Pulled Pork
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original or Thick & Spicy Barbecue Sauce
- 6 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Prick potatoes with fork; place on rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 40 to 45 min.
- or until tender.
- Cook meat and barbecue sauce in saucepan on medium heat 6 to 8 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Split potatoes.
- Serve topped with meat mixture, sour cream and onions.
