Roast Beef Hash

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add potatoes, pepper, & onions.
  3. Let cook untouched for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add roast beef.
  5. Stir and let cook another 5-10 minutes.
  6. Flipping over gently once or twice for even browning.
  7. Serve with eggs fixed your way.
