Parmesan Chicken Fingers
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 12 cup crushed corn flakes
- 13 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 -3 tablespoons butter
- Slice chicken breasts into smaller strips.
- In a small bowl combine water and egg.
- In another bowl combine all dry ingrediants.
- Spray a medium size casserole dish with non-stick spray.
- Then take each chicken piece and dip in egg then coat in dry mix and place in pan.
- Melt butter and pour over chicken.
- Cook until chicken is done all the way through on approx 400 degrees.
