Parmesan Chicken Fingers

  1. Slice chicken breasts into smaller strips.
  2. In a small bowl combine water and egg.
  3. In another bowl combine all dry ingrediants.
  4. Spray a medium size casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  5. Then take each chicken piece and dip in egg then coat in dry mix and place in pan.
  6. Melt butter and pour over chicken.
  7. Cook until chicken is done all the way through on approx 400 degrees.
