Green Pea and Quinoa Salad

  1. In a large bowl combine quinoa, peas, radishes and chickpeas.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together buttermilk, oil and vinegar.
  3. Stir in cheese and dill.
  4. Add to quinoa mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
