The Blue Boar Inn & Restaurant Gundi

  1. Boil the spinach and drain.
  2. Mix all ingredients well then form small croquettes, similar to gnocchi.
  3. These can be added to any sauce however they recommend a simple tomato sauce.
  4. Add directly to the sauce and boil briefly.
  5. Note: Start with a little flour and add until you get consistancy.
