Sausage, Pepper Potato Skillet Recipe
- 1 pound Italian-style sausage, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1 med. onion, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 red pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks, or possibly use 2 green peppers
- 4 med. potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4 inch chunks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- In large skillet, brown sausage, all sides.
- Drain off drippings.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook over low heat about 15 to 20 min till potatoes are fork tender.
- Serves 4.
