Chicken Tetrazzini

  1. Finely cut bacon and cook until crisp and brown.
  2. Add onion and green pepper and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Mix cheese, pimento, peas, and chicken and add to drained macaroni.
  4. Stir in onion mixture.
  5. Moisten with chicken broth if necessary.
