Ceviche Snacks

  1. Place shrimp in large glass or plastic bowl.
  2. Pour combined lime juice and dressing over shrimp.
  3. Add peppers, celery and cilantro; mix lightly.
  4. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate several hours to marinate.
  6. Drain shrimp mixture; discard marinade.
  7. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
