Tinklee's Easy Chicken Tot Bake
- 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 8 oz frozen cubed carrots
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sage
- 2 can cream of chicken soup(12oz)
- 1 lb frozen tator tots
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- preheat oven to 400 degrees F place rack in the middle position of oven spray an 9 x 13 pan
- place chicken meat and frozen carrots in bottom of pan, sprinkle with all the seasonings, then mix everything up real well, then spread out evenly, and slightly press down
- spoon the 2 cans of chicken soup on top of meat, carefully spread out the soup evenly as possible with a spatula,
- place frozen nuggets on top of the soup in a single layer, spread them out as evenly as you can
- spurinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top of the potatoes
- bake uncovered for about 35-40 minutes, or until potatoes on top are browned and crispy
