Baby Bok Choy Steamed With Orange Zest And Ginger Recipe

  1. Rinse the boy choy well.
  2. Cut in half lengthwise Place bok choy in a single layer on a rack in a steamer, cut side up.
  3. Sprinkle with the orange zest and put a portion of the ginger-oil on the heart of the vegetable.
  4. Cover and cook over for 6 to 8 min, or possibly when fork tender.
  5. Serve with the zest.
