Heavenly Hash Brownies

  1. Preheat oven with a rack in the middle of the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Coat a 9 by 13-inch baking pan with nonstick vegetable spray.
  3. Melt the chocolate and butter in a completely dry bowl or in the top of a double boiler set over barely simmering water.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar and corn syrup until blended.
  5. Mix in the chocolate mixture.
  6. In a separate bowl, stir the flour, baking powder and salt together with a fork.
  7. Mix it into the egg mixture.
  8. Stir in the nuts and 1/4 cup of the marshmallows.
  9. Scrape the mixture into the prepared pan.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes, until barely set.
  11. Coat the top with the remainder of the marshmallows and bake for 5 more minutes.
  12. Set the pan on a rack to cool.
  13. Cut into 1 1/2 by 3-inch bars.
