Chicken and Chickpea Salad Pita Sandwiches with Broccoli Sprouts

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, chickpeas, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut a pita in half and take the chicken and chickpea salad and stuff it into the pita.
  3. Garnish with broccoli sprouts, cucumbers and red onion!
