Cooked Nectarine Jam - CERTO Liquid

  1. Chop peeled nectarines finely; place in large saucepan.
  2. Stir in lemon juice.
  3. Add sugar; mix well.
  4. Bring to full rolling boil on high heat; cook 1 min., stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Immediately stir in liquid pectin.
  7. Stir and skim foam for 5 min.
  8. to prevent fruit from floating to surface.
  9. Pour immediately into warm sterilized jars, filling to within 1/4 inch of rims.
  10. Cover with lids.
  11. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set.
