Beef Oriental Recipe

  1. Cook and stir meat, onion, garlic in large skillet till meat is brown.
  2. Drain.
  3. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, molasses and stir into meat mix.
  4. Stir in bouillon, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and reserved mandarin orange syrup.
  5. Heat to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and cover.
  7. Simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally.
  8. Stir in oranges.
  9. Cover and beat 2 min.
  10. Serve over rice.
  11. Serves 6-8.
