Savory Seafood Chowder
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) no-salt-added diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 lb. cod fillets, cut into 1-inch pieces King Sooper's 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 lb. bay scallops
- 1/2 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 1 tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat.
- Add onions; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Stir in tomatoes and wine.
- Bring just to boil.
- Add fish; simmer 10 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Add cooking creme and basil; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through.
