Savory Seafood Chowder

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and wine.
  5. Bring just to boil.
  6. Add fish; simmer 10 min.
  7. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  8. Add cooking creme and basil; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  9. or until heated through.
