Creamy Chicken Manicotti

  1. Heat olive oil in a very large soup kettle or lobster steamer pot.
  2. Add onions and cook over low heat for ten minutes until onions turn clear.
  3. Remove sausage from casing.
  4. Crumble all sausage and ground chuck into pot with olive oil and onions.
  5. Cook until meat is brown.
  6. Drain off as much excess fat as possible.
