Turkey Stuffing Casserole Recipe
- 4 c. seasoned stuffing (crumbs)
- 1 c. celery
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 5 c. cooked turkey pcs
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- Combine bread crumbs, celery and onions in a greased 9"x13" baking dish.
- Cover with cooked turkey (chicken may be substituted).
- Beat Large eggs with a fork; add in soup, lowfat milk and poultry seasoning.
- Mix well and pour over turkey and stuffing.
- Combine flour and cheese.
- Cut in butter.
- Spread over turkey.
- Cover tightly; chill overnight.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
