Polynesian Chicken
- 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 bottle ( 8 Oz. Bottle) Wishbone Russian Salad Dressing
- 1 jar (18 Oz. Jar) Peach Preserves
- 1 pound Thawed Skinless, Boneless Chicken Tenders Or Chicken Breasts
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the thawed chicken in a single layer in a baking pan (I use a 13x9x2 pan) or a casserole dish.
- In a bowl, stir together the Russian dressing, peach preserves, and onion soup mix.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- We serve this with Rice a Roni chicken flavored rice, but Im sure white rice would be delicious as well.
- Just as long as you have something to soak up all the yummy sauce!
