Handmade Four Cheese Meatballs

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients in medium bowl; stir in cheese.
  3. Mix meat, rice, garlic and half the cheese mixture just until blended; shape into 12 balls, using about 1/3 cup for each.
  4. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 25 min.
  6. Cover with pasta sauce and remaining cheese mixture.
  7. Bake 10 min.
  8. or until meatballs are done (160 degrees F) and sauce is heated through.
  9. Sprinkle with parsley.
